As someone who has traveled a lot in NM, UT, and CO, I can't say this emphatically enough: Cetaphil lotion. Put it everywhere. It's the only thing that will save you from the perils of the itchy-flakeys.
We actually have crazy humidity here today. I was dripping wet after my gym visit today. Something that usually only leaves me slightly less drippy.
